To our dear members and associates,
It is with heavy hearts that we come to you with a sad announcement: The BC Compassion Club will be closing its doors at the end of this summer. August 31st, 2022 will be the last day of operations for the club as we know it.
For over 25 years, we have been witness to a community that struggles to find their place in a traditional medical system. From everyday battles such as sleepless nights and nerve pains to marathons like supporting cancer treatments and transitioning away from addictive opiates, cannabis has been the missing ingredient to the healing journey to almost 15,000 members. The changes we have seen from those who benefit from our services has meant the world to us, we are so lucky to seen each and every one of you.
For more information on the many reasons we are having to close, please read our letter from earlier this year.
We know that many of our members have made our products a part of their livelihoods, and the most difficult part of closing is knowing that we going to have to adapt to a life with something different. Over the next two months, we intend to help as many members as possible make that change. We are in discussion with other dispensaries and suppliers to see where the best fit for different situations may be.
Please reach out to 604-875-0437 or info@thecompassionclub.org to see where we can help. The fight for medicinal cannabis is never over, and we don’t intend on letting it stop here.
With sincerity and compassion,
BCCCS
